The Empowerment Experiment - Family’s Pledge to Buy Black Becomes a Movement

I came across this video by checking into an FB post from a friend.  I love the concept of buying from and supporting black businesses.  Being a black business owner myself, I know of the ups and downs of making it in business as well as convincing others of your skill set and talents.

While the concept of “buying black” isn’t new, the practice of actually doing so has yet to gain viable strength within the black community.  Take a look at the videos and ask yourselves a few questions.

Can I do this?  Will I do this?
